Waiver of Liability
By visiting Birdies & Lattes, guests acknowledge and agree that they are participating at their own risk. Birdies & Lattes LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our facilities, services, or equipment. Guests fully release and discharge Birdies & Lattes from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands that may arise as a result of their participation, including but not limited to accidents, incidents, or injuries. By using our services, guests affirm their understanding and acceptance of this waiver.

Outside Food and Drinks
Outside food and beverages are not permitted except for personal water bottles. We are BYOB-friendly, but all individuals consuming alcohol must be at least 21 years old and will be subject to ID verification.

Dress Code
Please wear attire appropriate for a casual, indoor golf environment. Golf shoes and spikes are not allowed; we recommend flat-soled shoes or athletic sneakers.

Age Policy
All guests under 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Minors are not allowed to consume alcohol.

Property Damage and Theft
Guests are responsible for any damage or theft of Birdies and Lattes property and may face fines or legal action if necessary.

Health and Safety
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying unsafe or disruptive behavior. Birdies and Lattes is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all.

Booking & Usage

Please arrive on time for your reserved bay. If you are late, your session time may be reduced accordingly, and refunds for missed time will not be given.

Simulator Rules

Only one person should be in the hitting area at a time to ensure safety. Do not swing clubs outside the designated area.

Damage to Equipment

Any damages to the simulators, screens, or equipment due to misuse will be the responsibility of the renting party, and charges for repairs or replacements may apply.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the appointment are free of charge.

Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking fee.

Respect for Café Space
Please enjoy food and drinks responsibly in designated areas and dispose of waste in provided bins to keep the space clean for other guests.

Alcohol Consumption
Guests who bring alcohol must follow BYOB rules. All guests consuming alcohol must be of legal drinking age (21+), and ID checks will be conducted.

No Outside Food or Drink
Birdies and Lattes provides a selection of café-style food and beverages. We kindly ask that you do not bring outside food or beverages, except for personal water bottles.

Q: Do I need to make a reservation and how far in advance? Can I just walk in? We recommend making reservations to guarantee your preferred time slot, especially during peak hours and weekends. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but reservations ensure you won't have to wait. You can make an online reservation at here.

Q: How many people can play in one simulator bay? Each simulator bay can accommodate up to 5 players comfortably. This allows for a great group experience while ensuring everyone gets plenty of playing time. Larger groups are welcome to reserve multiple bays so everyone can participate and maximize their play turns.

Q: What is your cancellation policy? A: We require at least 12 hours notice for cancellations to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

Q: Do I need to bring my own clubs and balls? No need to bring anything! We provide high-quality golf clubs for all skill levels and ages, as well as golf balls. You're welcome to bring your own clubs if you prefer, but it's not necessary.

Q: How do you charge for simulator use? Our simulator bays are charged by the hour, with rates varying based on peak and off-peak times. Please check our current pricing or contact us directly for the most up-to-date rates.

Q: Do you have a dress code? We don't have a strict dress code - casual, comfortable attire is perfect for our indoor golf environment. However, for safety reasons, we do require all guests to wear flat-soled shoes or athletic sneakers when golfing. Golf shoes with spikes are permitted.

Q: Are children welcome? Yes, children are absolutely welcome! We ask that all guests under 16 be accompanied by an adult when utilizing the bay. Please note that parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their children's behavior is appropriate for our shared environment and that they follow all safety guidelines.

Q: Do I need to golf in order to order from the cafe? Not at all! Our café is open to everyone, so feel free to stop by even if you’re not golfing. We have a cozy lounging area where you can relax with a cup of coffee or a bite to eat. Additionally, our PuttView area is available for the public to enjoy, making it a great spot to hang out, practice your putting, or simply soak in the atmosphere. Whether you're here for the golf, the food, or just the vibes, you're always welcome!

Q: Is a membership required? No membership is required. We welcome both members and non-members. However, we do offer membership packages that provide benefits like discounted rates, priority booking, and exclusive perks for frequent visitors.
