Whether you're introducing someone to their first swing on our K-Golf simulators, sharing your favorite espresso order, or creating moments that turn curious visitors into passionate community members, you're proving that golf's next chapter is being written over lattes and shared laughter.

    • Content Collaboration: Work closely with social media coordinator for owned marketing content for social or greater marketing campaigns (minimum once monthly or as-needed basis, pending availability)

    • Feedback Partnership: Provide feedback on new offerings and experiences

    • Authentic Sharing: Share genuine experiences on personal social channels when inspired

FAQs

  • No — this program is not transactional. Ambassadors are encouraged to share only when it feels natural and aligned with their voice.

  • Monthly hours can’t be shared and you must be present in order for your guest to utilize the bay. However, you can share a one-time-use Brand Ambassador Punch Card to share amongst your network.

  • Benefits vary by tier but may include:

    • Complimentary Birdie Membership (off-peak hours, booking priority)

    • 15% Discounts on café

    • Complimentary access to events, leagues, and tournaments

    • Early access to new offerings and menu items

    • For Tier 2: Spa passes, community hosting privileges, and enhanced perks

    Each ambassador’s perks are confirmed in their personalized Tier Offer Letter. In order to redeem, you must utilize your Club Caddie account in-store and online.

  • Each ambassador term runs through April 30, 2026, unless either party ends it earlier with written notice.

  • Ambassadors commit to the following:

    • Participate in social or campaign content (around once a month). All filming/editing will be owned by marketing team.

    • Share authentic, personal experiences on social media when inspired

    • Provide honest feedback about new products, events, or experiences

    • (Tier 2 only) Host small gatherings and represent Birdies & Lattes at select events

  • We understand life happens. Ambassadors can pause or end participation at any time with 14 days’ written notice. Likewise, Birdies & Lattes may end the partnership if commitments aren’t met or the relationship no longer aligns with brand goals.

  • These are intended to be more-so “outings” where you bring up to 4 guests to enjoy a 1-hour bay rental. Please reach out to fritz@day7group.com if you need support in self-hosted, semi-private, or private event.
